Young people today are growing up in a rapidly changing world.
Technology, social change, and global challenges are reshaping the environments where students learn, connect, and prepare for the future.
Schools and youth organizations play a critical role in helping young people develop more than academic knowledge.
They help develop character, resilience, leadership, and a sense of responsibility to their communities.

The Future First Project brings together emerging leaders, local changemakers, and partner organizations to deliver practical civic projects that make communities stronger.
We’re inviting organizations to partner, sponsor, or host projects that improve the places you live and work.
Ways to Get Involved
We’re looking for organizations to join us in three main ways:
1. Sponsor
Provide financial support to help deliver civic leadership projects, including:
- Program design and facilitation
- Tools, materials, and venues
- Access and support for participants
We can tailor sponsorship levels (e.g. Project Sponsor, Program Partner, Major Partner) to match your goals and capacity.
2. Host or Co-Host Projects
Help root the work in real community context by:
- Providing a project brief linked to your community or stakeholder needs
- Offering access to spaces, networks, and local knowledge
- Co-hosting events, workshops, or community gatherings
3. Engage Your People
Invite your people to be part of the journey:
- Staff as mentors or subject-matter experts
- Teams participating in leadership workshops
- Co-branded events, showcases, or community days
